Do I have to move any furniture?

We suggest moving smaller items, such as, end tables & coffee tables onto a hard surface until the carpet is completely dry.

How long does it take carpet to dry?

The typical dry time is 6-8 hours. During this time you can walk on it but we suggest not replacing any furniture that was removed until completely dry.

What is included in the carpet cleaning price?

With all carpet cleaning appointments the pre-treatment and deodorizer is already included in the price!

Do you charge for all areas inside my home? And is the price per room or per square feet?

No! We do not charge for closets or hallways. Our carpet cleaning prices are by the room regardless of the square footage. Some restrictions apply when dealing with large basements. Contact us for an exact quote.
